ROLE SUMMARYThis hybrid role sits at the intersection of sales operations and client success. The ideal candidate will serve as the operational engine behind Adomni’s revenue team — supporting executive sales leadership with calendar management, outreach, and business development logistics while also owning a portfolio of client accounts as a Junior CSM. This person thrives in a fast-moving environment, brings strong organizational discipline, and is energized by both relationship-building and behind-the-scenes execution.
This role requires a proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously — from pipeline hygiene to post-campaign reporting — with a positive, service-oriented attitude.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Executive Support & Sales Operations
• Manage a complex, fast-changing calendar for sales leadership across multiple time zones, resolving conflicts and prioritizing based on strategic objectives
• Coordinate meetings with clients, partners, agencies, and internal stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for executive communications and meeting logistics
• Own post-meeting, post-event, and post-conference follow-up activities, including drafting outreach, introductions, and ongoing correspondence
• Track relationship pipelines, referrals, and partnership opportunities to ensure consistent sales momentum; identify stalled conversations and drive next steps proactively
• Convert meeting notes, conference insights, and executive input into actionable workflows and structured follow-up plans
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, outreach preparation, and sales enablement activities
Conference & Event Operations
• Manage conference schedules, networking agendas, registrations, and speaking engagements
• Coordinate client dinners, executive-hosted events, and industry meeting logistics
• Support real-time schedule adjustments and communications during events
• Organize contacts, notes, and action items into structured follow-up plans post-event
Research & Business Development Support
• Research target brands, agencies, partners, and prospective clients to support outbound prospecting and strategic introductions
• Prepare executive briefing materials and prospect intelligence reports ahead of key meetings and pitches
• Support relationship mapping and strategic introductions in partnership with sales leadership
CRM & Pipeline Coordination
• Maintain CRM accuracy, opportunity tracking, and pipeline hygiene across the sales and client success teams
• Monitor key milestones, follow-up commitments, and revenue-driving activities to keep deals progressing
• Assist with reporting, forecasting support, and sales operations projects as needed
Junior Client Success Management
• Manage a defined book of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for day-to-day support and issue resolution
• Interface with clients regarding business objectives, campaign expectations, and performance updates
• Coordinate with campaign operations team on setup, execution, and optimization opportunities
• Create post-campaign wraps, business reviews, and account summaries
• Identify proactive upsell and growth opportunities within the assigned book of business
• Manage opportunities and deal activity in Adomni’s CRM system with consistency and accuracy
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Exceptional organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
- Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent listener and note-taker; ability to translate executive conversations into clear action items
- Expert knowledge of CRM software platforms; Zoho CRM is a strong plus
- Comfort with AI productivity tools for research, drafting, and workflow automation
- Ability to analyze media campaign performance and present optimization recommendations
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Adaptable to last-minute changes; thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Creative, proactive problem-solver with a collaborative, positive attitude
EXPERIENCE
- 7+ years in advertising, sales support, executive assistance, account management, or a hybrid of the above
- Experience supporting senior sales or business development executives in a fast-paced environment is a strong plus
- Experience with out-of-home advertising, programmatic, or digital video advertising is a strong plus
- Experience working at or with an advertising agency is a plus
- Experience managing campaign timelines, deliverables, and client communications
- Experience in an early-stage, fast-growing startup environment is a plus
